How long does shipping take?
We offer next-day delivery for orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday. Standard shipping typically takes 2-3 working days via our carbon-neutral courier partners.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship our beers and merchandise within the UK to ensure maximum freshness and to comply with international alcohol shipping regulations.
What should I do if my cans arrive damaged?
If your beers arrive damaged, please take a photo of the packaging and the product and contact our support team within 48 hours for a full replacement or refund.
Are your beers vegan-friendly?
The majority of our core range, including Gamma Ray and Neck Oil, is vegan-friendly. Please check the specific product description for any specialty stouts that may contain lactose.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as soon as your order leaves our brewery, you will receive an email with a tracking link to follow your beer's journey to your doorstep.
What is the shelf life of your craft beer?
To enjoy our hoppy IPAs at their best, we recommend consuming them within 4-6 months of the canned-on date. Always store them cold to preserve the hop profile.
