We want you to be totally stoked with your Beavertown haul, but if something isn't right, you can return non-perishable items or reported damaged goods within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fresh beer unless the product is faulty.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you need to return your items.

  Pack the Goods

  Securely package your items in their original packaging, ensuring that glassware and apparel are well-protected for the journey back.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Send your parcel to our London warehouse using a tracked shipping service to ensure it arrives safely back at the brewery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
